Where does the name VEENA come from?
VEENA is a shortened version of my grandmother’s name, Marvina. My grandma is one of my favorite people. I have always felt that she sees my heart for what it truly is and she has always believed in me. My grandma and I both love creating and she has always encouraged me to keep pushing forward; never accepting less than what I am capable of.
Do you have a sizing chart? How do your items fit?
All of our items are pre-washed and ‘true to size’. Our sizing chart (inches) and fit guide are as follows:

Waist – Natural waistline, the narrowest part above the belly button
Hip – Around the hip at the widest part
Inseam – Top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone
When will my order ship?
It will take anywhere from 5-7 business days for VEENA to process your order and prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number so that you can follow its progress on the Canada Post website. We may need some extra time during busy seasons such as holidays, back to school or sales events.
If you do not receive an email with shipping confirmation within a week please contact us.
Once shipped, domestic orders will take approximately 5 – 7 business days to arrive and international orders may take up to 20 business days to arrive. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping and credit card transaction fees. If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if your package returns to us. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. VEENA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Can you ship to a Canada Post P.O Box?
Provided your package doesn’t require a signature, VEENA and Canada Post will make your delivery happen.
When will my payment be processed?
A pre-authorized amount for your purchase will be placed on the credit card used when your order is submitted. Your credit card will then be charged on the day we actually ship your package.
I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?
If you need to add another item, change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately using the contact form. Please have your Order ID number ready, which was emailed to you when your order was placed. Unfortunately we can’t make changes to an order once it’s been processed with Shipping Confirmation. However, you will be able to exchange your item once it arrives at your home.
What types of payment do you accept online?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. If you have a discount code you will be able to enter it during checkout and your total will be updated.
How do I exchange an item?
We do our best to make sure you are 100% happy with your order. Always be sure to double check your item(s), size and shipping address before finalizing your order. Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
All items purchased at a discount are NOT eligible for exchange and are a FINAL SALE. This includes items on sale or purchased using a discount code.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:
Gift Cards, VEENA WARRIORS Bracelets, VEENA WARRIORS Mala Necklackes, VEENA Sketchbooks
All other items are EXCHANGE ONLY. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with proper hangtags in place. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please have your Order ID number available and contact us through our contact form. We will need to ask you a few questions about your exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to mail a parcel back to VEENA for exchange, but we will cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
